Thanks for the comment!

It has certainly been an approach that has payed off. Everyone works on something they enjoy which creates a great environment. If you have any links on articles or studies about this I'd be interested in reading them. Also, if you have any questions I'd be happy to answer.

This fluid HR culture; whilst at first seeming chaotic and unpredictable seems to crop up in more and more typical (and atypical) Video games based companies. Kudos for implementing a strategy that allows for innovation- although it has became somewhat of an annoying buzzword, it's importance can't be ignored.

Wouldn't mind a further study into these HR frameworks! (Or lack there-off..)

Congratulations on your new venture! It ondsus a bit like Consumer Reports Magazine only for electronics. It should be very helpful to consumers. My suggestion is two-fold. One of the largest and most important purchases people make in their lifetime is a house, and, unfortunately, because there is no central guide for buying one, it's usually not until later that we learn the things we should have considered before buying one. So, how about a Pikimal on home buying. Then one would need a Pikimal for the many purchases one needs to make for a new house, i.e., carpet, appliances, like refrigerators, washers and dryers, paint, wallpaper, furniture, air-conditioners, heaters, hot water heaters, etc., Another product that has many different makes, models & features that can be confusing is the water filter. Besides the kind that just removes chlorine and trash from the tap water, we've recently learned about machines that produce Kangen water with a full range of pH values for different purposes.. Even in this specialized type of water filter machine, there are a variety of makes and models to choose from that it would be helpful to evaluate with your service.I guess I'm too late to get one of your bouncy balls for my grandson, so I'd appreciate being added to your mail list for future promotions.
