We always love having interns in the office – they’re young, fun and always dive right in. This week, we had two new Interns start in our Marketing department: Franklin and Brian.  Please read on to find out a little about them!

Dream Job: Head writer of a television show

Interests: Reading (books, blogs, comics), Writing, Watching (and analyzing) TV and movies, Playing games (board and video), Creating art (usually in the margins of notebooks)

Three-Sentence Bio: Frank was born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where he attended Lancaster Mennonite High School and participated in drama, newspaper, and Quiz Bowl. He then crossed the state to Beaver Falls, PA, where he attended Geneva College and majored in Communications and continued his involvement in theatre as well as expanding into film fest. He graduated in December 2010 and now resides in Pittsburgh while working as an intern at Pikimal.

Aspirations/Goals: Participation and experimentation in as many media fields as I can get myself into–marketing, TV, movies, theatre, art, the Internet–and finding out where I can really shine.

Dream Job: Run my own realty company

Interests: Boating, skiing, reading

Three-Sentence Bio: Brian is currently a student at the University of Pittsburgh and grew up in the region.  On campus, he is a brother of the Alpha Kappa Psi professional fraternity and is the president of the American Marketing Association.  In his free time he enjoys sleeping, reading, movies, and “going out.”
